Harold Lloyd was an American film actor/producer. He was most famous for his silent, comedy movies which he made almost 200 films.
The best thing about his films are the "thrill sequences". These sequences ranged from chase scenes to daredevil acts. His most memorable act is from Safety Last! this film features a scene when Lloyd is hanging from the hands of a clock high above a street. He did many different stunts himself - the most dangerous resulting in losing a thumb and his index finger.
He is often compared to Charlie Chaplin.
